Warranty Policay
1, All products sold by Ecocore are covered under an warranty period stated in the table below.And the “warranty Period” will start from the goods arrival date to the customers.
2, Ecocore will repair or replace the defected products under the warranty period with F-MAX’s components,but Ecocore may replace better new products based on the advanced technology on its products.
3, Only Ecocore manufactured products can be returned, and all products must be installed and implemented properly by customers.
4, Any faulty products happen during warranty period,customers should contact the salesman directly and initiate the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Once EMA confirmed by Ecocore After-sale Services Department,the defected products can be returned for repairing or replacing.We can send out the new products within 20 days upon we received the faulty products.
5, If “warranty period” expired,Ecocore will charge some extra repairing cost accordingly.
